I know the deadline for the elections are coming up on the 29th and I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible for Kuwaitis to vote for the elections from other countries?

As far as I know, there's no overseas voting.
Nope. But i heard al jazeera are offering free tickets for women who want to go back to kuwait to vote.

Delicately Realistic: If I could be back home right now I would have left a long time ago, but my hands are tied down for now it's good to know they offer tickets but how come its just for women? what about the men? Thanks
